License Renewals – October 1- December 31

Login: https://services.wvbvm.org/caet/renewal/login.asp

• For anyone that has never registered with the dashboard
  • Choose “forgot password” and you will be directed to a new webpage
    • Enter “home email address” and “license number” and to “send code” to either email or phone.
  • Once you enter the code that was sent to you, you will be directed to a new webpage
    • Create new password
  • Once you create a password, you will be directed to the renewal page
    • Enter “last name”, password”, “license number”, and “submit & continue”

2. Submitting the completed renewal form via mail or email to brandi.n.legg@wv.gov

PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD ONLINE

Use this link to pay with a credit card.

Email the renewal form and credit card receipt to brandi.n.legg@wv.gov or mail the receipt with your printed renewal.

If you have a name change, you will not be able to renew online until the Board has received the proper legal documentation.
